Kristinia Debarge was born on March 8th, 1990 to the famous R&B singer, James Debarge. Although Kristinia began singing since the age of three, she began taking a stance and starting aiming for her goal to become a singer at the age of twelve. She would constantly go with her father to the recording studios and record duets with him. At the age of thirteen, she competed in the 2003 American Juniors and progeressed to the semifinals. Kristinia's career took a great turn at the age of 19 when she released her current hit single "Goodbye", which samples the hit "Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye". This single has hit #8 on iTunes, #4 on the Pop song charts, and #15 on the Billboard Hot 100. On July 14th, 2009 her first album will be released. Although Kristinia has just started her career, she has a lot of talent and will continue to grow.
